Exceeding Upload Space Limit

    Hello,

    I am trying to stay within the limit of the free plan. I have purged some submissions to make space but I am still getting the error message that I have exceeded the upload space. Is there something you can do to "refresh" our storage limit to see the new reduced space?

    Hi Lauren,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I recalculated your total account usage, and your upload space still shows 103.27 MB / 100.00 MB. Note that to reset your account upload limit, you need to purge submissions that contain uploaded files. Once these submissions are deleted, the upload space should be refreshed accordingly.

    If you have already done this and still see the error message, it might take a short time for the system to update the available space. Ensure that the submissions you purged indeed contained uploaded files, as only those affect the upload storage limit. I also cleared your form cache as a precaution.     Hello!

    I've now deleted every submission from my account and I still get the upload limit reached message. Could you please try that cache clearing step again and see if that helps?

    I've gone ahead and recalculated your upload space. Your account is now active, and your form should be working now. Can you try it again and see how it goes?
