Hi t there, having issues on bout th app and desktop on Web browser on phone. Can't change the icon for a form subscription item. The box is grey as you can see. This has been lily t this foot a few days. Please advise.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it using both the web page and the Jotform Mobile Forms app to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results on the web:

Have you tried using other browsers on your desktop and phone yet? If not, I advise doing so to see if the same thing happens. Also, can you take a screen recording of what's happening exactly when you try it on your desktop? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
