Are you able to provide a price for creating one waiver document, which will be signed by 30,000 participants. We are working with a client to host a children's inflatable obstacle course, the event is free so we will have to work our way through the queues quickly to get waivers signed. I'm not sure which of your monthly packages will support this? We only need the waiver for this event which is running 20th August to 3rd September. Ideally the form can be signed if online. The form will be signed on 2x iPads and max 3x iPhones.
Thanks,
Sam

Hi Sam,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support regarding your need to collect 30 000 signers or submissions.
Let me help you with that:
Since you need the waiver to be signed by 30,000 participants between 20th August and 3rd September, and you want the form to be signed online on 2 iPads and up to 3 iPhones, here are some important points about our plans and limits:
Currently, none of the standard monthly packages directly support 30,000 signed documents or form submissions in a single month.
For such a large one-off event, you might want to consider contacting Jotform for a custom enterprise solution or discuss options for bulk signing or special arrangements.
Another option that we can think of is to have three Jotform accounts with Gold subscriptions. You'll be able to collect the 30 000 form submissions, 10 000 for each account.
The form can be created with an e-signature field, allowing participants to sign electronically on iPads and iPhones as you requested.
Let us know if you've got other questions.

Hi Sam,
Jotform’s paid plans, including the Gold plan, are available on a monthly basis (no minimum term). You can subscribe to three separate Gold accounts for just one month to cover your event from August 20 to September 3, then cancel afterward if you no longer need them. Just be sure to cancel before the next billing date to avoid any additional charges.
I also want to clarify that you’ll need to create and use three separate forms under three different accounts. For example, if the form on iPad 1 reaches its monthly submission limit, you’ll need to switch to the next form/account to continue collecting responses. Is that something that would work for your setup?
Could you also confirm if you're planning to use a signature field (standard form submission with signature) or Jotform Sign (signed documents)?
If you're using signed documents via Jotform Sign, the Gold plan allows up to 1,000 signed documents per month.
If you're just using a form with a regular signature field, the Gold plan allows up to 10,000 submissions per month.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi Jan,
Is using a docusign widget different from using the Jotform sign signature field. For example is there still a 1000 limited for DocuSigned forms or could I submit 1000 forms using jot sign, then use a DocuSign widget to continue to submit signed waivers?
Thanks

Hi Sam,
Yes, there is a key difference between using Jotform Sign and integrating a DocuSign widget into your form. When you use Jotform Sign, your submissions count toward your monthly signed document limit, which is 1,000 signed documents per month per Gold account. These documents are managed through Jotform's native e-signature workflow, which includes automated audit trails and formal compliance features. This option is ideal if you want a fully integrated signing process within Jotform. However, the signed document limit is separate from your general form submission limit.
If you use the DocuSign widget, the signing process is handled externally by DocuSign, and those submissions count toward your monthly form submission limit instead 10,000 submissions per Gold account. This means you could first collect 1,000 signed waivers using Jotform Sign, then switch to DocuSign for additional signed waivers within your submission quota. Just keep in mind that using DocuSign requires a separate DocuSign account, and their limits and pricing will apply.
