We have sufficient space to receive newly submitted Jotform. However, our employees are unable to fill out and submit Jotform. This is very strange — could you help us understand where things are going wrong? We look forward to your message or phone call.

Hi Hügge,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
It seems your employees are unable to fill out and submit the form despite having sufficient space. This issue could be due to several reasons such as form settings, network problems, or caching issues.
Let me help you with that:
- Check if the form is enabled: Ensure the form is not disabled or deleted.
- Verify form URL: Make sure the correct Jotform domain is used (e.g., jotform.com, jotform.us, jotform.me).
- Clear form cache: Sometimes an old cache can cause issues. Clearing the form cache might resolve the problem.
- Check submission limits: Confirm the form has not exceeded its submission quota for the month.
- Network stability: Ensure a stable internet connection to avoid disconnections during form filling.
If these steps don't resolve the issue, please provide more details about any error messages your employees see.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,
Jotform Support -

Hi Hügge,
I have checked your account, and I can see that the upload space shows 10.01/10.00 GB, which is more than your account limit. To increase your limit, you can either upgrade your plan or you can delete the purge the submissions with uploaded files from Submission Table.
If you already deleted the submissions with uploaded files, then you can purge them to free up the upload space. You can easily delete your trashed submissions in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:
- In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
- In the dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
- Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
- Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the warning window, click on the Delete button to confirm.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Dear Arslan,
Thank you for reply ing us. I deleted a lot and also the deleted items. This created a little bit of extra room. But i see that our upload space is still almost full. How can we decrease this so we can upload more for the comming period? Let me know.

Hi Hügge,
I recalculated your upload space usage and it now shows 1.80 GB.
Let us know if you need any other help.

I ran into a similar problem before where our forms wouldn’t submit even though the account had plenty of space. Here’s what worked for me, and it might help your team too:
Check the browser & cache: Have your employees try an incognito/private window or clear their cache. Sometimes forms fail to submit due to stored session data.
Try different devices or browsers: If it works on one browser but not another, the issue is local to that browser.
Look for hidden required fields: If a required field isn’t visible due to conditional logic, the form won’t submit.
Disable extensions or blockers: Some script-blocking extensions (like adblockers) can silently stop the submit button from working.
Check your network or firewall: Certain office networks block scripts, which can break Jotform submissions.
I noticed this type of problem once while testing a form inside a third-party app that behaves like a sandbox—similar to how I tested apps like Happymod App, also clear yourforum cache where forms wouldn’t submit because the embedded browser blocked certain scripts. Switching to the normal browser solved it immediately.
If none of this fixes it, I’d suggest testing a simple cloned version of the form to confirm whether the issue is form-specific or environment-related.

I’ve experienced the same issue where forms wouldn’t submit even though storage space was fine. In my case, it turned out to be a mix of browser and network settings. Here are a few things I’d suggest checking:
Clear cache & cookies: Old session data can block the submit action.
Try another browser or device: This helps confirm if the problem is local to one browser.
Disable VPN, adblockers, or extensions: Some of these interfere with Jotform scripts.
Check required fields and conditions: Hidden required fields will prevent submission.
Test the form outside restricted networks: Office firewalls can block embedded scripts.
I once faced a similar issue while running app-based forms in a sandboxed environment—kind of like when I tested apps through Happymod from happymoodhub.com, where the form wouldn’t submit until I opened it in a regular browser. Switching environments solved it instantly.
If none of this works, clone your form into a simpler test version to see if the problem is specific to one form or your network setup.
