How to Update Email Address (

    Hello! I hope that you are doing well!

    I am trying to update the email address for the JotForm account, but when I do so I get a message saying that the email address is already associated with another account. At some point in the past, I accidentally logged in with Google trying to get into the account (which created an account with my email address). I deleted the Google JotForm account a few days ago, but I am still getting the message saying that my email address is still associated with another account. Will I be able to change the email address to that email address?

    Regarding your issue with updating your email address, Jotform requires each account to have a unique email address. If you see a message that your email is already associated with another account, it means that email is still linked to an existing account, even if you deleted the Google-created one.

    Unfortunately, you cannot use the same email address for multiple accounts. You will need to use a different email address for your account update.
