Unable to Update Email Due to Bounce List Error

    I'm trying to change my emailadress. But it says that this email is on the bounce list. I clicked the button to remove it but it still wont work.

    Hi Sabrina,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. After checking, yes your email was added to our Bounce List and the issue occurred due to the following reason:

    mail@virtuelle-assistenz-findhenn.de is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : bounced (Host or domain name not found. Name service error for name=virtuelle-assistenz-findhenn.de type=A: Host not found)

    I went ahead and removed it from the Bounce List so you can continue updating the account's email address. Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.

    3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

    I cant update my email adress because I have to confirm my identity thru my old email adress which is no longer available. Can you change it to mail@sabrinahenn.de?

    If you no longer have access to the email address in your account, you can submit the request to change the email address of your account in our Account Recovery form, and our relevant team will review your request. Make sure to include all the necessary details for the team to verify the legitimacy of your request.
