My customers are unable to click submit when they choose the Etransfer option. It defaults them to the PayPal page. I was told previously by a Moderator that I have this set up properly. Please help! https://form.jotform.com/210467007244246

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. I did check your form and there is no etransfer option in your form.
