You can require the other fields based on the product selected by setting up the Enable/Require/Mask Field condition. Let me show you how to do this:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. On the left side window, select Conditions and select Enable/Require/Mask Field.
3. Set up the condition like the one below and click on Save on the lower right side of the page.

It's not possible to set up a condition where in if the address is equal to your service area, a product will be automatically selected. But you can set it up like the one you did with the Travel expenses, which is selected by default. Check out my screenshot below:
