Didn't receive password reset email

    Good day

    I am not able to log into my jot form account.

    I have forgotten my password.

    I have now tride now several times and ons different days to reset it, but I am not recieving any emails to reset it . There is nothing in my span or inbox I have checked several times

    Hi Nola,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your email and found that it was added to our bounce list, which is why you didn't receive the password reset email. Here's the reason:

    Reason(s) : bounced (host mta5.am0.yahoodns.net[98.136.96.75] said: 553 5.7.2 [TSS09] All messages from 152.160.205.76 will be permanently deferred; Retrying will NOT succeed. See https://postmaster.yahooinc.com/error-codes (in reply to MAIL FROM command))

    But I went ahead and removed the email address from the bounce list. There are several reasons for an email being added to the bounce list, such as the email may be non-existent or inactive, your mail server might be unavailable, your email server rejected emails due to suspected spam, your mailbox is full, or Jotform is on your deny list.

    You can Whitelist Jotform IP Addresses and Domains to prevent important emails from being marked as spam or blocked by the email provider. You may now reset your Jotform account password again. Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

    1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.

    3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

    4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.

    5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
