Using the "Send Email Later" feature I can choose 1 day up to 30 days. Then I can choose a date to email it out later.
What I need to do, is have the option to chose my own days because I don't want to go in and change the date every time I use it.
I need the jotform to send an email at 90 days. Is there a way to set that up w/out having to always change the date? Or if I set the date while in build for 90 days out, will it automatically keep the date at 90 days?

Hi Stewart,
You can select up to 30 days with Send Email Later. If you use this option, emails go out 30 days after each submission. But if you manually set a date, it won't adjust, and it always sends on that fixed date.
While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Hello Stewart,
We’ve enhanced your control over autoresponder email scheduling! Instead of selecting from predefined day options (1, 2, 3, 7, 14, or 30 days), you can now choose any custom number of days to delay your autoresponder email after each submission.
This update ensures your follow-up emails arrive exactly when you want them to — whether it’s 4 days, 10 days, or any period you choose.
How to use the days option:
- In the Form Builder, go to the Settings tab.
- Click Emails on the left panel.
- Hover over your Autoresponder Email and click the Pencil icon to edit.
- Navigate to the Advanced tab.
- Scroll down to Send Email Later and enable the toggle.
- Choose “Delay for” and select the exact number of days you want the email to be delayed.
- Alternatively, you can still use “Exactly At” or “Get value from” for date-specific scheduling.
Give it a try and let us know if it works for your workflow.
