Getting an error when connecting Instragram to AI Agent

whenever i try to connect my agent to instagram, i get this error messsage:

Solicitud no válida: Los parámetros de la solicitud no son válidos: Invalid redirect_uri

how can i fix this?

Can you try using a different browser or device to see if you can connect your Instagram account to your form? If that doesn't work, can you send a screenshot of your console log while you're connecting your Instagram to your form? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.

Perfect. Went on incognito and it let me. Another question, maybe we can discuss here. I just connected the instagram account and it told me it can also send dms in response to comments. how do i set it up or activate it? tested and its not working but would be amazing since all my campaigns are interaction based (mainly comments on reels) thank you.

Could you clarify what you mean when you say you tested it, but it’s not working? Were you able to set it up, but it’s not responding to messages via DM? Or were you unable to complete the setup at all? Also, have you received any comments on your posts after connecting the AI Agent to your Instagram account?

You’ll always stay in control—it’s easy to view conversations and jump in whenever you want, while letting AI handle routine replies.

Getting started is simple. In just a few steps, your Instagram Agent will be ready to send replies. You can connect it to an existing AI Agent or create a new one using the Instagram Agent Creation Module. Here’s how to get started:

1. In Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. Then, in the menu on the left side of the page, click on Instagram Agent. 
3. Now, click on Log in with Instagram. 
4. If your Instagram isn’t open on your device, you’ll need to authenticate and log in to your account. To do that, enter your login credentials and click on Log In. 
5. Once you enter your login info, it’ll ask for a code sent to your Instagram account’s email. Enter the code and click on Continue, or click on Try Another Way to approve the login from another device.
6. Now, go back to Instagram Agent and click on Log in with Instagram again. 
7. In the Instagram Integration window that opens, click on Allow. 
8. After connecting your Instagram Business account, choose which sources your Instagram Agent should learn from—your Bio, Posts, DMs, or all of them—and then click on Next.
9. After your Instagram Agent learns from your Instagram account, it’s ready to use. Just click on Complete to connect it. 

The Instagram Agent page gives you several ways to manage it. Want to explore your options? Here’s how:

1. In the Connected Account section, on the right side of your Instagram Business account, click on the Three Dots icon. 
2. Then, in the Dropdown menu that opens, select one of the options: Pause, Train Agent, Knowledge Base, Agent Persona, or Disconnect Account to manage your Instagram Agent.
3. In the Agent Abilities section, toggle your Instagram Agent’s abilities on or off to choose where it will reply. You can enable Reply to DMs, Reply to Comments, Reply to Stories, and Reply to Mentions. Each feature has its own settings—click on the Gear icon next to the toggle to edit them.
4. In the Agent Summary section, click on View Conversation to see your Instagram Agent’s conversations. 
5. To answer manually, in Conversations, click on Take Over at the bottom.
