    Hi Ross,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

To stop receiving email notifications sent from Jotform to your account email address when someone fills out your form, you need to adjust the notification email settings within your form:

    1. Go to your Form Builder and open the form you want to edit.
    2. Click on the Settings tab at the top.
    3. Select Emails from the left menu.
    4. Edit the Notification Email by clicking the pencil icon.
    5. Go to the Recipients tab and remove or change the recipient email address to stop notifications to your account email.
    6. Save the changes.

This will stop the notification emails from being sent to your account email address. If you want to completely disable notifications, you can delete the Notification Email in the Emails settings.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Ross,

If your email is not listed as a recipient but you still receive notifications, it might be because Jotform sends notifications to your account email by default. Also, check if you have any autoresponder emails set up that send emails to you, or if your email is set as the Reply-To address in notifications.

Additionally, verify that your email is not on the bounce list in your account settings, and check your spam or junk folder. Whitelisting Jotform IPs and domains can also help prevent unwanted notifications.

Let me know if you need further clarification.

    Hi Ross,

By default, Jotform sends notifications to your account email. To change this, you need to update your account email address:

    1. Go to your My Workspace page and click your Profile Picture on the top-right.
    2. Click your name to open your Account Page.
    3. Click Edit next to your email address.
    4. Enter the new email address and save.

If you want to stop notifications for a specific form, remove or change the recipient email in the form's notification settings under Settings > Emails.

Let me know if you need more help.

    Hi Ross,

To disable email notifications completely, you need to delete the Notification Email in your form settings:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder.
    2. Go to the Settings tab and select Emails.
    3. Hover over the Notification Email and click the trash icon to delete it.

This will stop all notification emails from being sent when someone submits your form.

If you have autoresponder emails set up, you may want to delete those as well to avoid any emails being sent.

    Hi Ross,

Autoresponder emails are automatic emails sent to the person who fills out your form, usually as a confirmation or thank you message.

To check if you have autoresponders set up, go to your form's Settings > Emails and look for any emails labeled "Autoresponder Email." You can delete them if you want to stop those emails from being sent.

    Hi Ross,

Jotform Sign is an automated solution for collecting electronic signatures. It helps you create signable documents, send them for signing, and track the signing process all in one place.

You can create signable documents by uploading files or using templates, add signature fields, and share them via email, link, or embed on your website.

For more details, you can visit the Jotform Sign guides here.

    Hi Ross,

Are you pertaining to your Buyer NDA form? If yes, I checked your email notifications and I can see that you only have the Autoresponder Email set up which users will receive upon filling out your form. Upon further checking, I can see that you have Jotform Sign Automation enabled which sends out a Signed Document notification that is triggered by Jotform Sign once form has been signed.

If you don't want to receive the Signed Document notification, you can disable Jotform Sign Automation. Take note that disabling Jotform Sign means your form will no longer support legally binding e-signatures through Jotform's native signing workflow. If you're sure you want to disable this, let me show you how:

    1. In Smart PDF Forms, click on the Settings tab on the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. On the left panel, click on the Jotform Sign tab.
    3. Toggle Enable Jotform Sign Automation to the OFF position.

After doing so, any notification emails will no longer be sent to your email address when your form is submitted.
