Disable Verification Code Requirement

    Greetings,

    My team currently uses Jotfrom on a daily basis but recently we have been log out frequently, and its becoming a problem. Is there a way to turn off the code verification that it's sent to the main email of my account so my team can log in as many times they want?

    Hi Zobeida,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Unfortunately, it's not possible to remove the authentication code. This security feature appears when multiple devices try to log in to the same account because our standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are designed for single users only. So, only one login session can be active at a time. If your team needs to log in from multiple devices simultaneously without these interruptions, you might want to consider Jotform Enterprise, which supports multiple users and simultaneous logins.
