Hi! Recently when logging into JotForm, it occasionally sends a code to my email, resources@dcorganizers.org. As a nonprofit organization, I have one or two volunteers who use JotForm to send surveys for us, but they do not have access to my email. I've turned off 2FA in the settings, but this still seems to happen on occasion. Is there a way to fix this?
Thanks!

Hi Tech,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
The verification code being sent to your email occasionally, even after disabling 2FA, happens because Jotform detects logins from multiple devices or locations. Our standard plans are single-user, so only one login session can exist at a time. If multiple volunteers are using the same account, this triggers the verification code.
To fix this, consider using Jotform Enterprise, which supports multiple users with separate logins. Alternatively, ensure only one person is logged in at a time and log out before another logs in.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi napowdc,
Do note that even after disabling 2FA on your account, it is reverted to the email verification once our system detects account sharing. We are sending an email authentication code to ensure and verify that the login attempt is coming from the account owner. If you need an account that allows multiple users, you can upgrade to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts can accommodate everyone on your team while giving you full control and visibility into each action taken by members of your team.
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
