monday.com Integration:I can't map the name field

Can you please tell me how to to use values from my jotform sublables it is not letting me select as it is getting disabled..

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Full Name field from Jotform is supposed to be mapped to the first field being shown when mapping the fields. In my case, it's Name column in my monday.com account. You'll not be able to map the Name field from Jotform to the custom Name field you created in monday.com. Check out my screencast below:

As you have showed I can't pass the last name it is getting disabled.. how can i do it ?
