Form is not submitting

    When you get there, please provide your form URL (⁦https://form.jotform.com/250174953018153⁩) and describe the issue about the form redirecting back to the first page without submitting. This will help the support team assist you faster.

    Hi Melissa,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    I cleared your form's cache which should help. Can you try it again using a different browser and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know with the screenshot of the console report and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

    I honestly don’t know it doesn’t submit, until people ask if it submitted and I received it, because it kicked them back to the first page.

    Hi Melissa,

    When I tested your form, it's very straightforward and there aren't any conditions that would bring back the user to the start of the form. Were you able to replicate the issue on your end? If so, can you share with us the steps you did to replicate it? If not, the issue could be related locally on the affected user's device. In which case, we suggest asking them to try a different browser or device.
