Dear Support,
I like to know if we can customize inbox view? Say example I have a few HIDE fields in the form design for logic processing but I do not need this to show in the inbox, possible?

Hi Titan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Yes, you can customize the Inbox view to hide fields. In Jotform Inbox, there is a Fields tab in the Inbox Settings where you can choose to show or hide specific fields from your form submissions. This allows you to exclude hidden fields used for logic processing from appearing in the Inbox view.
Here’s how to do it:
- Open your form's Inbox.
- Click the Kebab menu (three dots) and select Inbox Settings.
- Go to the Fields tab.
- Check or uncheck the fields you want to show or hide in the Inbox view.
This way, your hidden fields for logic processing won't clutter your Inbox display.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
