Hello,
We need to be able to pull a report that shows each entry in the Configurable List widget as an Indvidual line item so we can organize into 1 list.Is this possible? or should we use a different widget/ option on the form.
We are looking into purchasing a plan but need to make sure it fits our needs first.

Hi Sarah,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Configurable list element is considered as one element, thus, all data will be recorded in one column. Unfortunately, there's currently no way to separate them into column on any spreadsheet display page, like Jotform tables, or connected Google Sheet. An alternative would be to create a Grid Listing report. The data from the report can then be copied into an Excel file. Let me show you how:
1. On your Workspace , select the form that you want to create a report for, and click on the Reports button at the top of the page.
2. Then, in the dropdown, click on Add New Report, and choose Grid Listing.
3. In the Grid Listing configuration page, select all the fields you want to include and click on Create.
4. That's it, you simply need to copy the Report link to access it.
It will show the configurable list data in one column, but underneath, they are separated into columns. Check this out:
