I just made a form and everything is there in the backend. It says it's published but when I look at the link only the background color loads...? Can you help?

    Hi Erin,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned and tested your form and the same thing happened to me. Checking on your form settings, CSS, and other relevant settings, it seems that the fields are hidden due to your form's conditions. Let me show you how to disable your conditions:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings tab on the orange navigation bar at the top, and click Conditions on the left side panel.
    2. Next, tick the select all option, and click on the Disable button.

That's it. If you're trying to create show/hide field conditions, I suggest only including the specific fields required in your condition, and not select everything. Otherwise, it could potentially hide everything. If you need help setting this up, let us know a bit about your flow and we'll guide you through it.

Reach out again if you need any help.
