I'm looking to cut down on time by having a contract solution that autofills all of the fields within a contract.
All of the info from a Jotform form submission could be transferred over to our contract, but I don't see an option to prefill information on Jotform Sign, unlike Jotform forms where there is the option to prefill.
We can also use Jotform Forms to prefill this info, but Forms does not allow more than one signer.
Please let me know if we have any options! -

Hello crowdcontrol
Currently, Jotform Sign does not support pre-filling information directly from form submissions, unlike Jotform Forms which offers options such as Manual Prefill, Form Prefill, and Tables Prefill. This feature is not available for Sign documents.
To autofill contract fields with data from form submissions, especially when multiple signers are involved, a common workaround is to use Jotform Forms to gather the data first. Then, generate a PDF contract prefilled with that information and send it for signing through Jotform Sign or other automation tools. Integrations with platforms like Zapier or Integromat can help connect form submissions to contract documents, streamlining the process.
