Working on an employee on-boarding workflow. I want to send a list of tasks to a team to complete where anyone on that team can complete those tasks. However, I also want the task list to have some context and display data from a previous form (ex. Name, Campus, Office Location, badge access level requested).
An example is that our HR and Hiring Manager complete forms for a new hire. Part of that form, they ask for a security badge to be created with access to that person's office. The security team should get a task that shows the new employee's Name, start date, office location, hiring manager's name and then a list of tasks to do for creating the badge and then when the task is completed, an email going to HR and the hiring manager to let them know the badge is ready.
I don't think this functionality exists currently but hoping it can be added to the feature requests.
