Hello, I am not receiving the password reset email. Can you please send a link or assist? This continues to happen every 90 days.

Hi Brooke,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've triggered a password reset email to be sent to baise@comcast.net, which should allow you to reset your password in order to get into your account again.
As for this happening every 90 days, this is due to one of the security settings on your account. You can disable this once you have access to your account again if you want, let me show you how:
1. Open your Account Security Settings.
2. Untick the checkbox for Expire my password every 90 days.
That's it, then you won't be forced to change your password every 90 days. But keep in mind that it's always a good practice to update your passwords regularly to ensure account security.
