I reviewed the help page at
https://www.jotform.com/help/508-how-to-conditionally-disable-the-submit-button-in-jotform-cards/
But like others who have commented, I have no option for "Disable Submit" in the Do options.
I appears multiple others have experienced this issue as can be seen in the comments, what is the solution? Could this be added to this help page so future help requests can be avoided?
Thanks,
Ed

Hi Ed,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We’ve checked and can confirm that the Disable Submit option is only available in the Condition settings of Jotform Card Forms, which is the form layout shown in the user guide you shared. After investigating a bit, I also found that you’re currently using Classic form layout in all of your forms, which is why the option isn’t available on your end. At the moment, the Disable Submit feature is not supported in forms using the Classic form layout.
To work around this, you can hide the Submit button if there are conditions in your form that aren't met. Let me show you how to set this up in my sample form:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click on Conditions on the left of the page.
3. Now, click on Add a New Condition and then click on Show/Hide Field.
We’re setting a condition where, if the form filler is under 18 years old, the submit button will be hidden, and they won’t be able to submit the form. If the Age field is left blank, the submit button will remain hidden as well.
Check out the screencast below to see my result upon testing the form:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thanks, I finally got it after creating a calculation widget, which would calculate the total price of the products. From there, I could create a condition to show/hide the submit button.
