As the title states, we had emptied out our forms after receiving a message stating we were nearing storage capacity, but our forms were still disabled even after emptying it out twice.

Hi Perez,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and saw that you're already over your Upload Space limit, which now at 10.01 GB/10.00 GB already. Upload Space is the storage capacity within your Jotform account used to store files uploaded through all your forms. You can also check out this guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits to know more. When I recalculated your space, it went down to 4.15 GB/10.00 GB. It looks like you've already deleted and purged some submissions. Your forms are now active and accessible again.
