In order for our Salesforce Opportunity and Payment records to be updated when a processed payment clears Authorize.net, we need to have the Authorize.net transaction ID mapped to the Opportunity record. I do not see a way to do this in Jotform when using the Authorize.net payment widget. Please advise.

Hi CBST,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding your question about sending the Authorize.net transaction ID to the Salesforce Opportunity record, Jotform's Authorize.net payment widget does not have a built-in feature to directly map the transaction ID to Salesforce Opportunity records.
However, you can access the transaction ID in Jotform Tables or in the submission notification emails after a payment is processed. From there, you would need to use a third-party integration tool or custom API workflow to send the transaction ID from Jotform to update the Salesforce Opportunity record accordingly.
If you need guidance on setting up such integrations, please let us know.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi CBST,
To send the Authorize.net transaction ID to your Salesforce Opportunity record, Jotform's Authorize.net payment widget doesn't provide a direct mapping feature for this. But, you can retrieve the transaction ID from Jotform Tables or submission notification emails once a payment is processed.
To update your Salesforce Opportunity records with this transaction ID, you'll need to set up a third-party integration or create a custom API workflow that transfers the transaction ID from Jotform to Salesforce. This setup typically involves using integration platforms like Zapier, Integromat, or custom development using Salesforce and Jotform APIs.
