Both boxes for notifications are set on our form B2C. Forms this morning/yesterday did not duplicate to 2 notifications.

    Hi David,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Let me help you with that:

It seems both notification boxes are checked on your B2C form, which can cause duplicate notifications. To avoid this, you can uncheck one of the notification boxes in your form settings.

    Here’s how to do it:

    1. Go to your form in the Form Builder.
    2. Click on the Settings tab at the top.
    3. Select the Emails section on the left.
    4. Edit the notification emails and uncheck the box you don’t want to receive notifications from.
    5. Save your changes.

This will prevent duplicate notifications from being sent.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I did not change this setting and it was like this today. I had a differnt settings, and noticed duplicate tickets being created.

    Hi David,

Thanks for the update. Since you didn't change the settings but noticed duplicates, it could be a temporary glitch or system update affecting notifications.

Please check your notification settings again and try unchecking one box to stop duplicates.

Let us know if the issue continues.

    Hi David,

To clarify, are you referring to both options in the Notification Emails for sending? I check both emails in your form, and saw that only one option is checked for each of them. See following screenshots:

For the Notification 1, it shows to send only when a submission is received:

For Parser, it's set to send only when a submission is edited:

You can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

Yes, because I had to go in and unselect. They both were checked.. since the previous submission.

    Hi David,

The notification settings on your form can only be changed through user interaction within Form Builder. Since both notification boxes were checked, it means someone must have accessed the form in Form Builder and made those changes, even if unintentionally. If you suspect someone else with access to your account may have made the changes to the form, you can check your Account Activity History.

Let us know if you need any further assistance.
