Not receiving Notification Emails

    Hello,

    I used to receive an email notification whenever someone filled out our English Transfer Credit Request form and selected "I don't know" to the question "What type of course is this?" When someone selects that answer on the form, the form needs to be routed to me for next steps. For some reason, I stopped getting email notifications, and, as a result, missed a bunch of forms that were submitted by individuals who selected that particular answer on the form.

    As mentioned by our Podo AI support, can you check the spam and trash folders of your email inbox to see if the Notification Emails are in there? Also, can you try whitelisting Jotform's domains and IP addresses on the email settings?

    I think I figured it out. I'm not sure what happened, as the flow was working seamlessly until recently. There were no Notification Emails in my spam or trash folders, so I just edited the work flow a bit, which I believe has resolved the problem. Thank you!
