Hello Kim,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. As for adding a work order number to each submission, you can easily do that using the Unique ID widget. It's really easy to add that to your form. Let me show you how:
- While in Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
- In the Form Elements menu, under the Widget tab, search for and add the Unique ID widget. Now, just drag and drop it to your form.
- You can rename the field label to Work Order Number, and you can also modify the settings by clicking the gear icon. This will generate a unique sequential number each time the form is submitted.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

It says this field is hidden and will not be seen on the form. I don't know how to change that.
Also, dumb question, but if we go to the work order and fill in the info for a service call, do we need to save it under a different title, so that we will have a blank form to fill in for next call?

Hello Kim,
Take note that the Unique ID widget is hidden in the form, as it doesn't have a value generated on it yet until the form has been submitted. The value generated on the Unique ID widget can be seen on your submission table. As for your question about saving on a different title, can you explain a bit more about the issue so I can get a better idea of it?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
