it wont let me change my plan says only on moblie and it doesnt work still

I have reviewed your account and your subscription plan was bought via the App Store. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the subscription purchased via the App Store. If you would like to switch to another subscription, you will have to downgrade your account to Starter (Free), which is subjected to the App Store refund policies. For more information on how to cancel a subscription plan via App Store, you can check out this guide. Once your subscription plan is canceled, I would suggest purchasing your subscription plan via the Pricing page here in Jotform so that you can easily switch between subscription plan without canceling it next time.
