I need to customize the thank you page but I don't see the Thank You Page option under Form Builder Settings.

If you don't see the Thank You Page option under Form Builder Settings, here’s a quick way to customize it:
- Go to the Settings tab in your Form Builder.
- Click on the Thank You Page option on the left side.
- Choose to either show a Thank You message or redirect to an external link after submission.
This option lets you fully customize the message or redirect users to a specific URL after they submit your form.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you try to clear your browser's cache to refresh the page? If the issue persists, I suggest trying to open Jotform in different browsers, such as Firefox, Edge, Safari, or Incognito mode to rule out any browser-related conflicts.
You can also take a screenshot of your screen not showing the Thank You Page option and send it to us. We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
For now, I checked on Jotform and it appears to be working properly on my end. Check out the screencast below:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Thank You Page.
