My customers have to create an account to use my forms.

How can I just send the form. I do not want them to have any extra steps . I have it set to public

If your form is set to public, your customers should not have to create an account or go through extra steps to fill it out. To ensure this, share the public URL of your form directly with your customers.

3. Under the Quick Share tab, click the Copy Link button to get the public URL.

Share this link with your customers so they can access the form without any login or account creation.

Just as podo mentioned, sharing a form is extremely easy and should not require any extra steps. When you are ready to share your form, just click the publish tab. From there you can click "copy link" and you can share that with anyone that needs to fill out the form.
