Retreving a survey

    Hello,


    I've been waiting on a response from JotForm Enterprise and have not heard back from anyone and it's been over a week. We are trying to retrieve a survey from one of our accounts. The co-worker who had access to the account/survey is no longer with the company. Can someone please assit?

    Hi Destini,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you haven’t heard back from the Enterprise Sales Team even though you filled out the Jotform Enterprise Sales Contact Request. I’ve gone ahead and contacted the Enterprise Sales Team and informed them about this so someone should be contacting you shortly.

    In the meantime, can you search your entire email inbox for any messages originating from a Jotform.com domain, as the message could have been filed under your spam or junk folders.

    If you are unable to locate the email, can you provide us with the following information so that we can give it to our Sales Team:

    • US State (If relevant):
