How to integrate two forms with the same Google Calendar?

    We may also need two versions of the form, for internal and external users (from whom security may require different information) that feed into the same Workspace/calendar.

    Sure, you can absolutely integrate two different forms into a single Google Calendar. Design one form tailored for internal users and another for external users, ensuring you include the specific fields and security measures required for each group.

    In each form's Workflows, you can integrate the same Google Calendar so that submissions from both forms will create events in the same calendar. Check out the screenshots of both forms' Workflows:
