Reimburse our subscription payment if Education discount is approved

    Hello, we are in the K-12 education and it seems that when our account was billed for the year we didn't receive the education pricing. I am hoping you would be able to fix this and reimburse us.

    Hi Breana,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the account associated with the email address, btrejo@r8esc.k12.in.us, but can't find any. Can you share the email address or username of the account you're referring to so we can check? If you have already upgraded your account without availing the Education discount, we'll ask the relevant team if it's possible to reimburse or not.

    For now, I recommend filling in this form to apply for the Education discount. Once approved, let us know so we can reach out to the relevant team regarding your main concern.
