Hi Senna,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I reviewed your account and found that the difference in your current charge compared to when you first subscribed to the Bronze Plan is due to a promotional discount you received during your initial year. Specifically, you were granted the Regular Fifty Bronze Yearly Discount of $174.00 USD.
Note that this discount was only valid for the first year of your subscription. As a result, when your plan renewed, it did so at the regular, full price without the initial discount applied.

I would like to cancel my subscription as well as receive a full refund for the amount of $440.64 since I originally signed up for a much cheaper membership, had I known the price was going to increase so much I would have cancelled the services before the subscription renewed. I received no emails or notifications about the membership price increase and am very unhappy with the lack of transparency.

To request a refund for your latest invoice, just fill out our Refund Request form. And our relevant team will email you once they've had a chance to look into it.
Regarding the pricing, just to clarify, the base price of the Bronze Yearly plan is $408.00, excluding tax. However, for new users who subscribe to an annual plan, we offer a first-time discount, which is the $174.00 applied to your first invoice. You can check your invoice for full details. It’s easy to Check Your Invoices. Let me show you how:
- Log in to your Jotform account, and then go to the Billing tab.
- Now, in the table of invoices, click on an Invoice ID to open it in a new tab.
- To download an invoice as a PDF, click on a Download icon on the right.

That said, we truly value you as a customer and want to make this right. We’d be happy to extend that discount once more as a gesture of appreciation. This means $174 will be refunded to your original payment method, and you can expect to see the credit reflected within 5–7 business days.
