I need a litte help with this form.

There is a question we need to have answered. If the user clicks on Yes then there is a series of questions they need to fill out.

How can I make the form work off the intial question of YES or NO.

What is the best way to code this?

    Thanks much!

    Hi Cindy,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can achieve your goal by adding a Show/Hide Field condition to your form. This will allow you to display specific follow-up questions only when a user selects a certain response—such as Yes—from your initial question. Let me walk you through how to set it up

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions, then choose + Add Condition.

    3. Now, select Show/Hide Field.

    4. Finally, copy the condition shown below and click on Save.
