My form has been removed?

I am not sure what happened, but my form for Essex Soap Refill has disappeared. I went to access it on my phone, but it wasn't there. What happened? Is there a way you can restore it? I have a clone of it, but I need to access all my previous 408 submissions.

Your form might have been deleted or moved to the Trash folder. Let me help you with that:

1. Go to your My Forms page at https://www.jotform.com/myforms/ and check if the form appears there.
2. Check the Trash folder located at the lower left side of the My Forms page.
3. If you find your form in Trash, select it and click Restore to bring it back to your main workspace.

This will restore your form along with all previous submissions. Please note that forms stay in Trash for 30 days before permanent deletion.
