Upload Storage Space: I need to empty the storage space

    hi,

    my upload area is full and I need your support to empty it, only for this area. Also, please note that the form and form responses should remain.

    Hi Gida,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Upon checking, I see that you have used 10.23 GB out of your 10.00 GB upload space. This means your upload storage is over the limit. To resolve this, you have two options:

    • Delete submissions containing uploaded files: You can free up space by deleting submissions that have file uploads. Remember to also purge these deleted submissions from the Trash to permanently free the space.
    • Upgrade your plan: Upgrading from the Silver plan to the Gold plan will increase your upload storage capacity, giving you more space for file uploads.

    If you choose to delete submissions, be sure to keep any important data or files you want to retain before deleting. Once deleted make sure to delete your trashed submissions in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
    2. In the dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
    3. Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
    4. Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the warning window, click on the Delete button to confirm.

Purging deleted submissions will free up your Submission Storage and Upload Space but won’t affect other limits. You can also check out our guide about Account Usage and Limits for more information.

    hi,

    Using option 2, I cleared the form attachments. I now have 5 GB of space, but I can't use the forms.


    How should I proceed?

    Hi Gida,

    Unfortunately, your account hasn't been automatically reactivated after you cleared your space. So I manually reactivated your account, you might be able to use your form now.
