Switch Payment Gateway through Reusable Payment Connection

I am unable to make changes with the payment section on the form. I only want customers to order and my options are greyed out no dots or options to change this setting.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Reusable Payment Connection is the latest version of our payment integration system in Jotform. It allows for a more streamlined and flexible way to manage payment accounts across multiple forms. If you want to switch your payment gateway to another connection, you can easily do that within your form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click the Credit Card icon on the right side of the payment field.

2. In the Payment Properties window that opens on the left side of the page, click on the Plug icon.

3. Now, in the Payment Connections window, select the other connection or click Add New Connection if you don't have another payment gateway.

4. Then, click on Switch button at the bottom.

5. In the Confirmation window that pops up, click on Yes, Switch. That's it.
