When we get a email when our form is submitted, the message has a subject that we want to change, as when we hit replay to the email, the subject is not the RE: subject title we would like for the response email. Hope I'm explaining this right.
How do I change the subject of the submitted form? I'm sure there's a way to do it, I am just not able to find it.
When I hit replay to a submitted form, I want the subject to be different than it is now. I don't want to have to change it each time we reply if possible.

Hi Dan,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
To change the subject line of your form submission emails so that replies have the desired subject, follow these steps:
- Go to the Settings tab in your Form Builder.
- Select Emails from the left panel.
- Edit your Notification Email by clicking the pencil icon.
- In the Email tab, customize the Email Subject by adding form fields or text you want to appear in the subject line. This makes the subject dynamic and personalized.
- Save your changes at the bottom of the email template.
This way, the subject line will be set automatically for each submission, and when you reply to the notification email, the subject will be consistent without needing to change it manually.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
