Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. We understand you want to delete your account made in error. Please note that account deletion requests require verification for security reasons.

You can Delete Your Account from your end. Let's walk through this together to do it:

1. On your My Workspace page, click the profile picture in the top right corner.
2. Click Settings.
   
   
3. Now click on Account on the left pane.
   
   
4. Scroll down and click the Delete My Account link.
   
   
5. Now, in the pop-up warning window, click on Yes, Delete.
   
   
6. Then, a verification code will be sent to your email address. Enter the six-digit authentication code and click on Verify.
