I am having problems with a submission date that you force and is in the wrong format. I have reformatted the column and even deleted the submission date column. It is still giving me the error in autocrat. What do I do?

    Hi Doc_info633_info,

Are you trying to remove the time with the Submission Date column? If yes, then let me show you how to do this:

    1. In your Google Sheets, click on the column header of the Submission Date to select the entire column.
    2. Next, click on Format at the top of the page and select Number.
    3. Then, select the Date. Getting an errror message from AutoCrat when trying to edit the Submission Date column Image 1 Screenshot 30

If you're trying to change the format of the Date, you can select the Custom date and time and set up your preferred Date format. Check out my screencast below:

After we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.
