How to download original PDF attached to the form

Hi, can I please be shown how to download the original PDF that is attached to our 'Client Information Tax Return Checklist Year Ending 30 June 2025 form?

I need to change the date and re-upload the PDF however i do not not how - thanks

1. Go to My Forms and select your 'Client Information Tax Return Checklist Year Ending 30 June 2025' form.
2. Open the Submissions page for that form.
3. Locate the submission with the original PDF attached.
4. Download the attached PDF from the submission.
5. Edit the PDF as needed, then re-upload it to your form or use it as required.

This did not work it only showed me the completed form - i need the original please

To download the original PDF attached to your form submissions, please follow these steps:

1. Go to Jotform Tables for your form.
2. Select the submissions you want to download.
3. Click the Download button in the upper-right corner.
4. Choose Download as PDF and then select Original PDF.

I need the PDF without the submission data - please assist

To download the original PDF without submission data, you need to access the PDF file you originally uploaded to the form. Here's how:

1. Go to My Forms and select your form.
2. Click on Form Builder.
3. Go to the PDF Editor.
4. Find the original PDF you uploaded and download it directly from there.

This will give you the original PDF without any submission data. You can then edit and re-upload it as needed.

Let me walk you through on how you can download the Original PDF of your form.

1. In Smart PDF Forms, click Settings on the blue navigation bar on top of the page.
2. In Form Settings, go to Original PDF connection to your Online Form.
3. Make sure that the Enable Preview PDF button at the end of your form option is checked.
4. Now, set your form to Preview, toggle on Preview Form on upper right corner of the page.
5. Click Start Filling, then click on Preview PDF.
6. Click the download icon on the upper right corner of the page.
