I went through PODO to see if there was something I was missing on my end as to why my page is beyond slow. My computer isn't the issue I just had it updated, cleared and every other site I use is at typical interaction. Jotform is not though. PODO suggested I escalate through this to try and resolve the issue.
I am still creating a form and moving objects, rewording etc. is lagging beyond my patience. Before I give up entirely as i've come pretty far i'd like to try one last time.
Even awaiting a response from PODO was like watching a finger typer walk through a keyboard. 22seconds for less than three words to be typed out on my screen. --- thats how much lagging i'm experiencing.

Hi Lisa,
I checked your form, and it looks like it has been deleted.
Can you reactivate it again, so we can see what's going on? Let me show you how to do it:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on the Trash folder at the bottom left of the page.
2. In the Trash folder, select the forms you want to retrieve.
3. Finally, click on Restore at the top of the page, and you're done.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

I've restored to pages in trash. Those were not the current template I was inquiring about but they have been restored as requested.
PIXEL & POSE Order Form is the form currently causing grief

Hi Lisa,
When I cloned your form, the same thing happened for me.
After investigating it a bit, I found that the background image you uploaded to your form is causing this issue. The file size you've uploaded is roughly 227 MB, which is very high, causing the form to load slowly. To fix this, you'll need to use a lower file size image for your form background image to load quickly. Updating a form background image to a new one is easy. Let me walk you through it:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Paint Roller icon on the right side of the page to open Form Designer.
2. Under the Colors tab, click on Remove Image in the Page Image.
3. Once the image is removed, click on Choose a File and select your preferred new image with a lower file size. That's it.
Now, the form will load perfectly fine after uploading a new one with a lower file size.
If you'd still like to use the same background image, you can try compressing it using an online file compressor tool. However, this won't guarantee that you'll get enough lower file size after using these tools that are available online.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
