Looking for a new forms platform for the New Mexico Association of Realtors

We are looking for a platform that provides e signatures, document retention, etc, but also one that uses conditional logic like it says on your website. We should like to have a menu based input which then creates a tailor made contract (from our already created forms) based on what is inputted into the menu. Looking at your needs, Jotform can definitely handle all those things. You can create a form that has conditions to hide and show different fields depending on what is selected. Once the form is filled, the information can be automatically converted into a customize pdf and/or a tailor made contract that can be automatically sent to different people for approval in a workflow chain or straight to the customer.
