Can't get back to email template

    Good Evening,

    I set up an email template that is supposed to get completed by my form and send emails to 10 people on the list. The form is getting completed but I can no longer get back to the email template and I'm unsure if the emails are being sent as it is completed.

    Please help ASAP.

    Let me help you with that:

    To access and edit your email template:

    1. Go to your form in Form Builder.
    2. Click on the Settings tab.
    3. Select Emails from the left menu.
    4. Hover over the Email Notification and click the Pencil icon to edit it.

    To ensure emails are sent to all 10 recipients, check the Recipients tab within the email notification settings and confirm all email addresses are listed there.

    To verify if emails are being sent:

    1. Go to your Account History page.
    2. Use the date filter to select the period you want to check.
    3. Set the action filter to Emails to see the email logs.
    4. Click the details icon next to each entry to view delivery status and recipient information.

    This will help you confirm if the emails are being sent successfully.

    Hi Greg,

    I checked your form and can confirm that you currently have a Notification Email set up, this means the system should be sending emails when the form is submitted. You can easily View Your Form Email Logs in your account settings. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to the History tab on your Account Settings page.
    2. Click on All Actions in the top-right corner of the History page, and in the dropdown menu that opens, scroll down to the bottom and select Emails.
    3. Click on the External Link icon on the right side of the Form ID to open the email of the related submission.
