How to remove the textbox in the Short Text field.

Attached, please find a question on our form to obtain an address. Can you please tell me how I can remove the box right below question #3 "Business Mailing Address".

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. If you're pertaining to the text box in the short text field, unfortunately, it cannot be removed. The best action that should be taken is to remove the short text field, and then change the Address field's field label. Here's how:

1. In Form Builder, select the Short Text element, and then click the Trash icon to delete the field.

2. Select your Address field, then click its Gear icon to open its properties.

3. Under the General tab, go to the Field Label section, and then input your field's label as the question number 3.
