i created a form and it was functioning exactly how i wanted. now when i go to open the form and i enter the password for the form, it does nothing just stays on that page and never loads anything. i have cleared the cache. I ahve tried from chrome and safari, i have tried from my computer and other peoples computers. it was just working great, idk what happened but it is super frsutrating since i jsut sent the instructions out to my customers and now it is not working

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Then, click on Show More Options.
3. Next, scroll down to Password Protection and click on the Checkbox next to Disable the Password Protection and Enable again.
4. Then enter the password that you want to use, and that’s it. You’re done.
