Hello,
I want to change the method to receive the code. Actually its by phone number but i would prefer by email, Is it something possible? We use to use by email ben than change it to phone and we really don't like it and would prefer by email adresse.

Hi Fannie,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, Jotform only sends verification codes via email. There is no option to receive verification codes via text message or phone number directly from Jotform. If you were receiving codes via text, it might have been due to an email forwarding setup that forwarded emails to your phone as texts.
If that's not exactly what you mean, can you share with us more details about it?
