Unauthorize Charge

    On Friday, June 27th, I noticed a charge of $948 on my credit card. I do not recall authorizing this transaction and would appreciate it if you could clarify what this charge refers to.

    Could you please provide me with more details at your earliest convenience?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your Jotform account but couldn't find any charge for $948. Note that Jotform directly only bills for subscription plans, and we don’t have a plan that costs $948. Could you provide us the transaction description of the charge? This will help us understand where the charge came from.
